Angela Brown

Sales Team Leader

Angela worked as an Estate Agent's administrator before joining us in 2001.

Since then she has gained valuable experience in dealing with customer enquiries and has become leader of our Sales team.

Angela says she enjoys her role in the Company because of the great satisfaction she gets from solving customers’ problems and sorting things out for them.

When not at work Angela likes shopping, putting her flair for decorating to good use, shopping, spending time in the Gym – oh, and shopping!

Nicci Beck

Sales Team Member

Nicci started out as a dental nurse before joining the company in 1996. She likes meeting people and enjoys the face to face contact when dealing with personal callers as well as helping customers on the phone.

Nicci likes spending time at the Gym when she can, and juggles her busy schedule with teaching her young daughter Carmen to swim. It’s not true that she comes to work for a rest!

John Gardner

Sales Team Member/Lubricants Specialist

John previously spent 6 years in Customer Services with a wholesale company before joining us. He handles customer calls, internet enquiries and specialises in lubricating oils.

John says he enjoys “having a laugh” and this helps in building relationships with customers. He gets great satisfaction from “going the extra mile” to help sort out customers’ problems.

A season ticket holder at Old Trafford, John has been an avid Manchester United fan since he first went to watch them on his 16th birthday. (Well – we can’t all be perfect!)
